Please note that the Organiser of the tour (Party leader) has £5m cover for organiser’s liability. This is not always included in the tour operator’s policy.

Travel Insurance Policy

Health Declarations – 16yrs plus only

Most travel insurers require a health declaration by all adults and children. Please note that with our policy you do NOT need to complete health declarations for students under 16 years for age.

European Health Card

Although students are insured for medical treatment, each student should still have a EHC if they are entitled to one. You should ask parents to apply in good time (8 weeks before departure) for the EHC for their child. The EHC replaces the E111 cards and are free of charge. Each member of the family will have their own card. They do not need to be renewed annually. They entitle the holder to reduced cost/free medical treatment in EC countries. Parents can apply online at www.dh.gov.uk/travellers or by phone on 0845 606 2030 or by completing the form from a Post Office.

Rhapsody Tours Public Liability Insurance - £10 million cover

We are insured with Vantage Insurance for up to £10 million Public Liability. Please note that most LEA’s require a minimum of £5m public liability cover.
