The school trips on this website are given as suggestions only and Rhapsody Tours will be pleased to amend the itineraries to suit your own particular school trip requirements. Our aim is to work with you to develop a school trip that meets your budget and above all ensures the safety and enjoyment of your group. You can rest assured that Rhapsody Tours personally visit all the accommodation and attractions featured in your tour as part of our Safety Management Systems. Rhapsody Tours is an established, independent business. Our Directors have over 30 years’ experience in travel plus an educational background giving us a real insight into your requirements. We are a company that takes pride in providing a highly personal service and always puts safety first. Rhapsody Tours deliver a quality product and work with quality suppliers. Second best is simply not acceptable to us. Our company philosophy at Rhapsody Tours is that children deserve the best and by treating children with respect they will respond. Our Managing Director has a BA (Hons) in French and German and a PGCE. Rhapsody Tours have achieved the recognised ‘Investor in People’ status.
Rhapsody Tours Limited complies with Package Tour Regulation 20, 1992 for the protection of customers’ holiday payments. All clients’ money is deposited into designated trust accounts and none of your money can be released to us until you return to the UK. A repatriation scheme is also in place. This is a separate trust account with sufficient funds to cover coach and ferry costs of tours in progress. In addition we are members of the Coach Tourism Council and the Confederation of Passenger Transport.
Safety Management System
We carry out a thorough risk assessment on all aspects of your planned tour. Although you will need to complete your own LEA or School forms, Rhapsody Tours can provide risk assessment information on all aspects of the tour elements and can supply you with generic Risk Assessments which will assist you in the completion of your risk assessment.
